Clelands were selected for the project for their demonstrated track record in delivering high quality public buildings and their willingness to work as part of a team for a ‘best for project’ outcome. Their systems and processes for quality assurance, programme and cost, including the management of subcontractors, are proactive and effective. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clelands as a lead contractor for any high-profile complex project.
