A bespoke home built into the sea frontage of Oakura beach. This three level home has a structure made of concrete, masonry and timber with cedar and plaster cladding and aluminum roof. Features include an indoor-outdoor dining room with operable roof lovures and expansive decking to take advantage of the beach and ocean views.
