A unique modern work space incorporating environmental features such as green walls and solar generation.
This project is an good example of what can be achieved when a client chooses to consult with Clelands early in the project life-cycle. We firstly assisted with the identification of a suitable building and a feasibility study for seismic strengthening and fit-out. We were then involved in the negotiations to purchase the building, the selection and coordination of the design team and the construction through to completion.
